Please read these terms carefully before using FindMyBasket. By using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. About FindMyBasket

FindMyBasket (findmybasket.co.uk) is a free price comparison service for UK shoppers. It compares prices for skincare, makeup, hair, fragrance, bath and body, and supplements across multiple UK retailers, with delivery included where we know the retailer's delivery charges. FindMyBasket is operated by FINDMYBASKET LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17195753). Registered office: 2 Rock Gardens, Aldershot, England, GU11 3AD.

2. Using the service

FindMyBasket is free to use. You do not need an account to compare prices. By using the service you agree to:

• Use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not attempt to scrape, copy or reproduce our price data or algorithms
• Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the service
• Not misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us

3. Accounts, saved routines and emails

You can save a routine and track products by signing in with your email address. We send a one-time sign-in link to that address, and there is no password. If you save a routine or track products, we may email you about them, for example a welcome email, a monthly summary of your routine's prices, and alerts when a tracked product's price drops. Every routine and alert email includes a link to unsubscribe. How we handle your email address and other personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

4. Price accuracy

We make every effort to keep prices accurate and up to date. However:

• Prices come from retailers' product feeds and may not update in real time
• Retailer prices can change at any time without notice
• Delivery costs in our comparisons are worked out from each retailer's published delivery charges as we last recorded them. Where we do not know a retailer's delivery charges, we say so rather than show a delivered price
• If a retailer's feed has not updated recently, we show the date its price was last confirmed
• We cannot guarantee the price you see on FindMyBasket will be the price you pay at checkout
• Always check the final price, including delivery, on the retailer's website before you buy

FindMyBasket accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on price data shown on the site.

5. How we make money

FindMyBasket earns a commission from some retailers when you buy through our links. This never changes the price you pay. Comparison results are ranked by price, including delivery, in the same way whether or not we earn commission, and placement in results cannot be bought.

Brand Spotlight pages are created in partnership with brands, are labelled as partnerships, and sit separately from our price comparison. Some pages show a labelled promotion banner for a retailer, which is separate from the comparison results.

Amazon prices are not part of our comparison. Where we show an Amazon link, it is there so you can check Amazon yourself. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

6. Intellectual property

The FindMyBasket name, logo, website design and basket optimisation algorithm are the property of FindMyBasket. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any of our content without our written permission.

Product names, brand names and trademarks shown on the site belong to their respective owners.

7. Limitation of liability

FindMyBasket is provided "as is" without any warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for:

• Inaccurate or out of date price information
• Loss of data or interruption to the service
• Any loss or damage arising from use of third party retailer websites

8. Third party websites

FindMyBasket links to third party retailer and brand websites. We have no control over the content or practices of these sites and accept no responsibility for them. Use of those websites is subject to their own terms and conditions.

9. Changes to the service

We may update, modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
