The BON Mat brings the original Bed of Nails® acupressure design to your everyday routine. Designed in Sweden, it’s made for full-body use whether you’re winding down, taking time out, or using it after exercise. Each plate features 42 precision spikes, spreading your body weight across thousands of contact points for a more evenly distributed acupressure experience. The mat has a 100% organic cotton cover and supportive PU foam core. Its recyclable, non-toxic HIPS spike plates are heat bonded directly to the fabric without glue.
