The BON ECO Mat combines the Bed of Nails® acupressure design with natural materials. Its 100% organic linen cover and natural coconut fibre filling give you a firm, supportive surface with natural airflow. Each plate features 42 precision spikes, helping spread your body weight across more contact points for more evenly distributed pressure. The recyclable, non-toxic HIPS spike plates are heat bonded directly to the linen without glue. Use it after exercise, during meditation, or while winding down. And if you want targeted acupressure around curved areas, pair it with the BON ECO Pillow.
