BetterYou Vegan Health Oral Spray 25ml

About this product

The Gaps Most Vegan Diets LeaveVitamin B12, vitamin D3, iron and iodine are four nutrients that can be underrepresented in plant-based eating. Getting them individually means multiple tablets, multiple routines, and a drawer full of supplements. This spray puts all four in one place — a pomegranate and raspberry flavoured formula that takes seconds to use.Delivered Through the Oral MucosaFour sprays onto the inside of the cheek each day. The fine droplets are delivered via the soft tissue of the inner cheek, offering an alternative to tablets and capsules that suits those who find swallowing pills difficult or inconvenient. BetterYou's oral spray delivery system was developed in partnership with Cardiff University. What Each Daily Dose ProvidesEach four-spray dose delivers 6µg of vitamin B12, which contributes to the normal function of the immune system, alongside 3000 IU of vitamin D3, 150µg of iodine at 100% NRV, and 5mg of iron. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Iodine contributes to normal thyroid function. Four nutrients to support a plant-based diet, in a single daily moment.
