KIKI Health uses only the carefully selected inner bark, gently dried at low temperatures before being finely milled into a smooth, cream-coloured powder. Nothing else is added. Gently Processed The inner bark is harvested before being dried at low temperatures and ground into a fine powder. It's a simple approach that keeps the product close to its natural form, with no unnecessary ingredients added along the way. Naturally free from gluten and wheat, it's also suitable for vegan lifestyles. Two Ways to Use It For internal use, add one teaspoon to 250ml of water. KIKI Health recommends taking it at night and leaving at least two hours between slippery elm and medication. It can also be mixed with water to create a paste for external use. Apply to the desired area of skin, avoiding open wounds.
